1. Shipping
We deliver to: All countries in Europe. Delivery times vary depending on the country of delivery selected. In Denmark and Sweden the delivery time is 3-6 business days.
Your items will be shipped with DHL
A shipping and handling fee of DKK 50 is charged on orders under DKK 2000
If you spend more than DKK 2000, you will receive free shipping with your purchase.
If your item is damaged or shipped incorrectly, DELUX® will pay the return postage fees.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with the package tracking number with which you can track the package.
We are currently not offering the option to ship one order to multiple adresses. If you would like to ship the same order to multiple addresses, we advise you to place an order for each address.
2. DAMAGES
If your item is damaged or shipped incorrectly, DELUX® will pay the return postage fees.
